Can't Download - Extreme Gear 1.0 (closed)

I just ordered a plugin (Extreme Gear) from you and am having difficulty downloading it. When I click your download link, my download manager grabs it but it just sits there and does nothing. I tried in another browser so my download manager wouldn't grab it but now the download button is gone. Do I only get 3 attempts to download it? - That seems odd. I've paid for it. Are you able to email it to me or provide another link, or reset how many times I can download it. I bought this as I need it urgently!

Try with anther browser as Safari on Mac systems.
