Key Press script + "Target Camera like Maya" ???

Hi,
I was looking for a way to run a command when i press a key. and run another command when i release that key.
Basically , I am from Maya background. I wanted to parent constraint position of target to camera when I press ALT and pan the target camera.
You know the target camera of C4D is not like maya's one. It's so frustrating
Can I do this ?????????????????
