Is cinema 4d better than sapphire mocha and adobe cc ae 2019 for adding 3d objects into real life? i have no idea...

And i have like just a little bit reflecting wooden table that i am using as a "surface" for that text object. Reflection of it is pretty blurry and weak but it still has reflection.
