Cinema 4D Lite good enough for technical modeling

quick question, is cinema 4d LITE (in adobe after effects) good enough for realistic technical modeling like automobile cutaways, robotics, etc.

C4D LITE is only for some text object or logo animation because you don't have modeling tools inside. Is only for testing purposes, consider to move to a Broadcast Edition or a Visualize edition :)

The LITE version is ony a DEMO for AfterEffects users...
