Is cinema 4d better than sapphire mocha and adobe cc ae 2019 for adding 3d objects into real life? i have no idea...

I don't know how Mocha and Adobe AE does tracking, the Cinema4D tracker is good for general purpose, you need to test it on the same footage and see the final results
