How to import volumetric video sequence into C4D?

Hi, I am working with volumetric video using 2 azure kinect and ef eve volumetric capture. Once exported volumetric video and trying to import into c4d I cant load a sequence of it. Any advise?

What are you using for import? OBJ sequence? remember that only R23 can handle OBJ import otherwise you will unable to get it into Cinema4D

Yes, I am using your beta version but still cant get it working. It is obj sequence.

What do you mean with "your beta version"? we don't developed anything

Sorry but I don't understand...
If you using R23 Beta version I can't help you because we use the commercial release, is hard to help you if you using non official release...
