Images sequence

Post by hobama »

Hi community :) a quick question about importing a movie into material channels.
What can I do if C4D don't recognize my movie?!
Can I use image sequences instead of movie?

Thanks

Yes you can ! (that fits perfectly with your nickname too :) )
Cinema4d recognize certain type of movie format, you shoudn't have any problems using quicktime movs but you can indeed use an image sequence: just load the first frame, set the right framerate and length in the Animation part of the texture panel, then click Calculate.
You can preview the animation in material editor right-clicking the preview and choosing Animate
