make tile 50% offset with TuileGenerator

Some users want to say howto make 50% offset tiles...no problem with TuileGenerator:

- make tiles
- Activate "invert fill vector" button at the end of TuileGenerator window.
- Adjust the "Row translation" parameters and adjust it as you like
- That's it!
