Shader gel Glitter in Redshift

Buongiorno a tutti, devo ricreare un materiale plastico trasparente con al di sotto dei flakes argentati (allego foto)

sembra un gel trasparente glitterato, sto provando con i materiali car paint ma niente, qualche consiglio?

ciao a tutti,se a qualcuno può servire ho risolto utilizzando un sss unito con un c4d shader noise:
