fluids and smoke

Post by galaxy3d »

Dear forum, on my company we are preparing a storyboard for an important client and we need to make smoke Fx and Fluid Fx as part of the pipe line.
I seen Xparticle, RealFlow and some other plugins...
Do you have tips about? ;)

I love X-particle from INSYDIUM, on their site there are a lot of tutorials and testimonials and the final results is awesome. RealFlow is another way to do that but I think that RF is a little bit different from XP due to young development. XP is developed by a company that know very well Cinema4D core but XP seems to be a porting and I noticed a lot of crash.
XP is the best for me

I'm using X-particle too, not sure is the best way to make fluids but I read on FB groups or forums the good integration with C4D instead of RealFlow.
