Cannot change view or select objects in the viewport

Cannot change view or select objects in the viewport

I'm in the Perspective view, and none of the navigation controls are working. It's like the view is locked. I see a yellow circle with a green + in the middle of it, if that's a clue. I also can't select any objects, except in the Object list. Thank you for your help!

Never mind... the camera was on, that's all it was. ;)
