Asset Browser, why can't some materials be downloaded?

Asset Browser, why can't some materials be downloaded?

In C4D 2023, some materials in the Asset Browser have a line through little cloud icon and cannot be downloaded. Does anyone know why? Thanks!

Maybe you are trying to download MaxonOne materials as fabric? some of them need the Maxon One license...if not, please attach a screen into the post...

OK, that explains it. I kind of thought that must be it, but just wanted to make sure there wasn't another reason I could solve. Thanks!
