Height2Normal is a shader for Cinema 4D that will convert any 
shader or image into a tangent space normal map for use in the 
Normal channel of a standard material. With controls for sample 
radius, height, and a variety of sampling methods, this shader 
gives you more flexibility with bitmap based bump maps than simply 
loading them into the Bump channel. The latest version also allows 
you to export the normal map directly from the shader properties.

Make sure to preserve folder information while unzipping.

Your folder setup should look like this:
