Aiuto!!!! C4d crash!!

Ciao!!

Ho un problema non da poco.. ho cambiato il pc per poter ottenere tempi migliori di render su c4d ma ora che l'ho installato.. non va!! carica tutta e poi va in crash!!

Uso Vista a 64 bit e i componenti hardware che uso sono:

scheda madre: asus ma32-mvp deluxe
scheda video: asus eah 3850 512 mb ddr3
Processore: amd phenom 9600 quad-core a 2.30 ghz
ram :4 gb

tutti i driver sono installati ma niente.. non va mica!! ed è l'unica applicazione che non parte! che posso fare?? qualche aiuto?!?!?! :( :(

prova a postare il file "_BugReport.txt" che si crea nella cartella C:\Programmi\MAXON\CINEMA 4D R10\_bugreports

Formatta e reinstalla tutto..
Se il problema persiste formatta e installa XP..
se il problema persiste togli la scheda video e mettine una diversa..
se il problema persiste manda a cagare quelli della AMD che hanno sfornato il phenom che tutto è tranne che un fenomeno.
E ci hanno fatto pure aspettare una vita per tirar fuori sti processori!!!

Visto che prima non andava ho fatto che formattare! E nada.. non va!
Eppure con la macchina che avevo prima e vista a 64 bit andava.. quindi nn penso che sia quello il problema.. per la scheda video.. è nuova e l'ho presa apposta.. spero proprio che non sia quella..
Invece per i phenom... sarà che arrivo da un dual core.. ma la la differenza si sente!! vista ultimate l'ho installato in 30 minuti!!

Prima di dare la colpa alla skeda video, fammi capire quando ti si blocca!
Non hai la possibilità di installare XP?
Purtroppo in questi casi devi fare dei tentativi o aspettare qualcuno che abbia avuto lo stesso problema e sappia come risolverlo.

Installa XP se hai la possibilità. anche la versione DEMO se non hai il cd. Scaricatela dal sito microsoft.

Ke release di cinema stai usando?

Ciao,

proverei innanzi tutto a fare l'update gratuito alla 10.111 dal sito della maxon:
http://www.maxon.net/pages/download/c4dr10_e.html

e se disponibili (e non gli hai già fatti) gli upgrade dei driver della scheda video... per il resto purtroppo non ho avuto modo di provare la versione di cinema a 64bit quindi non so dirti cose più precise..certo è che se per ogni applicazione che non funziona la soluzione è reinstallare il SO..stiamo messi maluccio ! :)

ho risolto con un aggiornamento della scheda video ma fatto da xp sul sito degli aggiornamenti automatici!

tu ha installato C4D in C:\Program Files (x86) giusto?

e che versione lanci? la 32 o la 64?

nella cartella C:\Program Files (x86) ci vanno i prog a 32, quelli a 64 li devi mettere in C:\Program Files

prova, magari è solo questo...
