BrickGen and polygon groups

I've made something with the BrickGen plugin and made it editable [Press 'C'] and now I want to break it up using the MoGraph Fracture object. However, I can't stop the studs and block body of each brick being treated separately:

Is there anyway to create the bricks without polygon groups?

I'm sorry but I can't help you. We choose this kind of polygon structure because it's more light than a single polygon
May be you can try to modify the structure with boolean operator but I'm not sure if you solve

It's ok, the trick was putting the bricks directly under the Fracture object, not within a group, then using 'Straight' mode on the Fracture object worked on each whole brick only :)
