How to get an educational License?

I’be been using Maya for years now, primarily in modeling, but I’ve always been fascinated by motion designs made in C4D. So I decided to apply for a license, but the flats in kanjurmarg email reply says I’m 2 bhk flat in vikhroli not eligible for an educational license and I should contact my distributor(?) 3 bhk flats in dadar for eligibility. I’m not sure why exactly though, I even uoloaded my latest university certificate of registration. I live in the Philippines and the distributor is IM Innovations in Singapore.

Seems something goes wrong with your university certification. Are you sure it is valid? Try to contact IM innovation directly for get in touch with them, maybe they could tell you what's happen to your edu license....
