Place Objects 2.1 not functioning after plugins location transfer

Hi there,

Recently purchased Place Objects 2.1 but never tested it yet due to time constraint until yesterday. My problem is that when I used the plugin, it doesn't function. I have to versions of Cinema4D, R19 and R23 and both are not functioning well.

Before I used the plugin, I moved all my presets and plugins to a new folder inside external HDD using the environment variable. All other plugins are functioning well even when they were transferred to the external HDD but not the Place Objects 2.1.

If possible, could you disable the former activation codes and give me another codes for the 2 Cinema 4D versions? If not, please, help me with my issue today.

Note: I already tried re-installing the plugin again to R19 but it was not visible on my plugins tab so I clicked on the "Reload Pythons Plugin" tab and that's the reason why I tried to re-activated on the website but to no avail as it was already activated.
