The floor generator is not activated

Hello. Earlier I purchased a floor generator from you, activated it in cinema 4d r21 and s24. After a while, I reinstalled Windows and now the plugin with the files that the administrator sent me is not activated. On this issue, I wrote to support. There I was told that they cannot send more than three activation keys. At the moment, it turns out that I bought a plugin and cannot use it. What should I do?

Dear CPT_BB, we got your email few days ago and as we described on our policy you can activate for maximum three times our plugins. After three activations the plugin must me purchased again.
Our licenses are node locked due to a cheap prices and we can't upgrade and give support after three activations...
