cinema 4d 2023 user interface glitch, anyone?

for some reason on my new computer when i start cinema 4d 2023.. the user face starts to glitch, it never happened at my work computer but my new computer at home makes cinema glitch attach is a picture, does anyone know how to fix it?
i am using
winodws 11 home
intel i9
32gig memory
nvida rtx 3060
nvidia driver: 31.0.15.2802

Dear J, never seen before this kind of issue...maybe is related to windows 11 system? driver?
