I'm an italian student, I have to complete an important work for my university and I need your help!!

I have to model the indian sofa, like the attached image.

I use only Rhinoceros for 3d model, but I know that in C4D is very easy to create and modify human hands.

Please, can you send me in iges format the hand in the same position like the image?
