Some good results but how are the render times compared to vRay, any idea ?

At this moment unfortunately Octane render is not a good alternative.
It needs GPU card with a very high number of CUDA flops....and it means the the GPU card cost 2 o 3 times a vray sw and with the same money you can buy at 2 least 2 new pc with i7 on board

So....octane render is good but it can't be consider a smart alternative if you need to pay attention to the budget
