How to do, that all the points on same SPLINE-LINE,
be at the same distance, distributed with same distance between them?

There is a command from spline menu named “round” that re-build the spline with a specified number of points and the interpolation as well.
Give it a try maybe can rebuild your spline with smooth distribution of points.
I don’t know if you can buone point with same distance with standard tools. I think you need a script to do that.

Question: why do you need do equally distribute points?

hi thanks ....
i am making a car racing track .... and i need same distribution, then i use uniform with SWAP TOOL
look the next picture ....
but please if you have a better way to make race tracks i will apreciatte so much ...
here i attach a picture but here is the game where i use those tracks on UNITY 3D.

In the picture you already distributed correctly the topology because you converted the spline into "uniform" interpolation that transfer to the Sweep generator the right way to create regular polygons topology.

I don't think you can distribute points with the same distance but the interpolation of the spline is the right way to generate a regular polygons street model...
