Help Needed: Sliding an object on a roller! - Cinema 4D R25

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to create a specific animation in Cinema 4D R25, and I'm running into some challenges. I’d appreciate any guidance you can offer!
Here's what I'm aiming for (see attached screenshot):
1. I have a fixed position roller (Red color) in space, and I want the (Blue) object to slide upward while touching the roller.
2. The (Blue) object should slide in such a way that it’s circumference is always in contact with the roller.
3. I’m trying to use the "Align to Spline" tag for this animation, but I'm having trouble getting the roller to stay fixed while move the (Blue) object only, and maintain consistent contact with the roller while sliding.
If anyone has suggestions, or if there’s an alternative setup that might work better, I’d love to hear it! Any tips or settings I might have missed would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance for any advice or insights!
