Right now I can't use Mograph because where I'm now the license was not installed.
It's there another way to arrange and clone objects to polygons or vertex? free plugins or Xpresso setup?

I remember some plugins as PlaceOnPoints, paint on surface and so on but I don't know if free xpresso or plugin are available right now
