I'm asking you how to avoid a glitch that is happening to me with "Optimizing and Closing holes option". This is the problem:

I'm trying to make a 3D animation where a model has to appear in pieces like cubes. So:

I used Voronoi Fracture and a Matrix to make those cubes. However, when I hit the "Optimize and Close holes" mark to make solid objects:

Comes out that the "D" part of the object makes weird things.
The model is one whole object with a T and a D united with a cube that is behind and connecting those letters.
¿How can I avoid this problem? Thanks
