The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the development of training centers, continuing education, documentation and a solid 3D graphics knowledge base, with a willingness to expand his/her CINEMA 4D skills. Your responsibilities will include organizing training materials, recruiting and selecting training staff, qualifying the staff and more.

You will need to have very good organizational and communication skills and work well in a team. Because you will be communicating with partners worldwide you will need to have a high degree of cultural sensitivity and have experience working successfully with peoples of various cultures and backgrounds. In this context you must have very good English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus) as well as solid PC skills (MS Office, etc.). You must be well-organized and be able to handle stressful situations without losing focus.

This is a full-time position at our headquarters in Friedrichsdorf, Germany, which is located just north of the banking metropolis Frankfurt am Main. MAXON offers a pleasant, diverse and challenging working environment in a team of dedicated, globally-oriented professionals.
