sfocatura environment background

Ciao raga! sto usando una camera fisica, con una mia solita macchina (sono monotono!!) e stavo cercando di usare un po questa bella sfocatura da camera fisica.....ma ma ma..... mi sfoca tutto, ma nn sfoca l'environment background!!! come si agisce in questi casi?
