WHAT IS RAIL & FENCE PLUGIN?
Rail & Fence is a powerful parametric Cinema 4D generator designed to fully automate the creation of complex balcony railings, exterior fences, and pedestrian or sliding gates. Instead of wasting hours manually modeling individual posts, pickets, or custom panels, this intuitive path-driven plugin allows you to build flawless, highly accurate architectural barriers procedurally from one or more spline paths. Every single component, including handrails, posts, balusters, glass clamps, solid walls, and hinges, can be customized in real-time through the Attribute Manager and saved into a comprehensive preset system.

- Complete Modular Railing & Infill Systems: Procedurally configure every part of a layout, with detailed controls over main handrails, mid rails, foot rails, vertical balusters, horizontal cables/wires, or continuous panels.
- Smart Terrain & Post Controls: Distribute posts automatically with specialized follow behaviors for exterior fences (Flat, Slope, and Stepped) to easily adapt your geometry to uneven topographies or architectural steps.
- Advanced Glass & Panel Settings: Generate precise glass balustrades, single-polygon plane profiles (ideal for alpha-map perforated metal or screen patterns), or custom meshes, complete with customizable glass edge bevels and smart fixing clamps.
- Integrated Base Wall & Cap Architecture: Toggle a parametric base curb or low parapet wall underneath your railings or fences, featuring automated end-post shortening and separate material assignments for masonry/concrete supports.
- Custom Pivot-Based Mesh Support: Inject your own custom 3D models for posts, balusters, pickets, clamps, or hinges; the plugin automatically instances and scales them according to your target settings while keeping scene hierarchies perfectly clean.
- Optimized Viewport Performance: Utilizes Cinema 4D render instances for heavy railing runs, repeated panels, and custom assets, keeping your viewport fluid and your scene file extremely lightweight.

PLUGIN ACTIVATION LICENSE
Important: with the purchase of the plug-in you are eligible for 3 activations license. This means that you can activate this plugin on:
- 3 cinema 4d releases on 3 different workstations, (be careful so you immediately run out of licences)
- 3 different versions of Cinema 4D on the same workstation, so that you consume 1 activation each time you update the software (e.g. R22-23-24).
Once the 3 activations are used up, the plugin must be re-purchased as new, considering the low cost of the plugin it is a kind of subscription but you can manage it as you like. This plugin will be activated based on your Cinema4D serials or subscription license. There are important activation differences from other C4Dzone plugins so it doesn't automatically activated after download. Our office is located in Italy (GTM+1). We need at least 48 hours for the activation process.
