Problem charge easychesterfiled

Hello everybody, I´m a beginner with Cinema4d and i have seen our plugins ... are wonderful.
I tried with a free plugin EasyChesterField and dont charge it my C4D r16
My OS is win 8.1
where is the problem? Will ocurred with the rest plugins c4dzone?

This is very strange, I don't know where is the problem within your computer....I need more information
Did you install the plugin correctly copying it within c4d plugin folder?
Do you see it in the plugin manager?
Open script->console and copy here the text if present

my folder is

D:/Diseño/MAXON/Cinema4D R16/plugins/easychesterfield

and i see that there isnt in my consola "D:\Dise_AXON\CINEMA 4D" (some letters are missing)
is problem letter "Ñ" ?( tipical Spanis) :-)

You have something wrong with your cinema 4d installation but I don't know where is the problem....it's the first time I see this kind of error.
It seems that python lib doesn't work correctly or it cannot load the configuration file of the plugin.

may be the spanish language cause this problem but I'm not sure....we have got a lot of spanish customers and nobody complains about this kind of errors.

I see from the log that the installation path is not clear
D:/Diseño/MAXON/Cinema4D R16/plugins/easychesterfield
became this one
D:\\Dise\xc3\xb1o\\MAXON\\CINEMA 4D R16\\plugins\\easychesterfield\\res/default.xml

the ñ probably causes python library to fail locating the path.

Did you copy all the files and folder of easychesterfield plugin?

try to install cinema 4d in a folder without special char or much better in the default program folder.

Thanks for answering so fast.
I imagined something like.Try to change the letter "ñ"
I can not make the default path as my main OS disk because it is 128GB SSD and is almost full

Faced again thank you for your help.
Indeed the problem was in the DISEÑO folder with the letter Ñ, have moved folder MAXON whitout DISEÑO folder and load the script perfectly, I hope this also serves to Spanish future :-)
